Salary Package: $75,000 – $85,000
Role Highlights: The Accounts Payable officer is responsible for the management of Accounts Payable for this leading sports company and associated entities.

Role Overview:
A leading sports company with an excellent reputation in the market has an excellent Accounts Payable officer opportunity available. The company is known for its advanced participation, ensures integrity and delivers quality sports at all levels
   
Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and expenses claims
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Handling vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies
  • Ensuring timely payments to vendors
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting with month-end closing processes
  • Participating in audits and financial reviews
  • Maintain listing / ledger of accounts payable
  • Processing of bank statement transactions

  
Candidate Profile:

  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Clear and concise communication both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of reconciliation techniques.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Knowledge of Sun Accounts.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience with Cash Flow is desired.
